Beverage and tobacco provisioning since 1964
GDT was founded by Mr Dumesnil, who took advantage of the presence of naval ships in the Mediterranean basin during the Cold War to start his own supply business. Thanks to the passion that animated him, and with the emergence of yachting, the company quickly became the go-to superyacht provisioning service in France and began to export its know-how.
The company was bought by Angélique Tinarelli in 2015, who quickly set to work on expanding and improving the existing company through a thorough business development effort. Currently, the company is being run by her daughter Bianca.
Sourcing everything for your next yacht charter
GDT excels in the sourcing of wines (a product of the consistent work of its sommeliers and oenologists), it also offers a wide range of spirits, champagnes, beers and soft drinks.
GDT’s objective is simple but beneficial: to be able to find everything in a minimal amount of time and at a minimal cost.
As an example, GDT can sell a one-litre bottle of Absolute Vodka and deliver it anywhere in Europe with express delivery.
Including cigars & tobacco for yacht provisioning
We can deliver duty-free tobacco, cigars, and cigarettes only to commercial boats with a charter contract, which sail 70% in international waters.
